Position Overview:

A Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of a product or product line within an organization. This role involves defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development, launch, and continuous improvement of the product. The Product Manager acts as the voice of the customer, balancing market demands, business objectives, and technical constraints to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

 Key Responsibilities:


1. Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify product opportunities and areas for improvement.

2. Product Roadmap Development:
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines the product’s development, release, and ongoing enhancements.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and resource availability.

- Manage and oversee the product backlog, ensuring that user stories and tickets are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with the overall product strategy.

- Facilitate and manage Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of the product.


3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.
- Act as the liaison between different departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on product goals and timelines.

4. Customer Focus:
- Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements to inform product decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, pain points, and feedback.

5. Product Development:
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation and design through to testing, launch, and post-launch improvements.
- Ensure that products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as user engagement, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and refine product strategies.

7. Continuous Improvement:
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the product team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

Job requirements


1. Education:
 - A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required.

- Saudi nationality is required.


2. Experience:
A proven history of successfully launching and managing products.in specific industries such as technology, consumer goods, or SaaS.
- Demonstrated experience working within cross-functional teams and managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to market launch.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.

3. Certifications:
Relevant certifications, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Marketing certification, are advantageous.

4. Skills:
 Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop long-term product strategies that align with both business objectives and market demands.
 Customer Focus:Deep understanding of customer needs, with a strong commitment to addressing their preferences and pain points.
Project Management: Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Data Analysis: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product concepts and strategies to various stakeholders.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of technology and software development processes, facilitating effective collaboration with engineering teams.
