The Enterprise Project Manager leads complex projects end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholders while ensuring alignment with AZM and client goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and governance structure.

  • Manage project budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, Product, and external vendors.

  • Establish effective communication and reporting mechanisms for senior management and key stakeholders.

  • Monitor project performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs, scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation and contingency plans.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews.

  • Ensure project documentation, decisions, action items, and lessons learned are properly maintained.

  • Manage vendors and third-party partners where applicable.

  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with AZM standards, methodologies, and quality requirements.

  • Support continuous improvement of project management practices, processes, and tools.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with significant experience managing enterprise-scale projects.

  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technology or digital transformation projects.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall.

  • Experience with project governance, PMO processes, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and executive management.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is preferred.

  • Experience in Saudi Arabia or working with government/enterprise clients is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent command of English; Arabic is preferred.
